SAGAS OF KLASHNEKOFF ANNIVERSARY TOUR

UK hip hop legend, London's finest Klashnekoff will headline a show at Coburgs in Ryde on Friday 1st November, as part of his Sagas Of Klashnekoff album 20 year anniversary tour. 
Supported by Croydon's very own Oliver Sudden, Joe Publik and friends and dj sets from Noah Priddle and Leaf, this 
promises to be a memorable night for hip  hop lovers all along the south coast.
            For older heads in the room, Klashnekoff will need no introduction. From his groundbreaking 2004 debut album The Saga's of...., 2005 album Focus Mode or 2007's Lionheart:
Tussle With The Beast, one of the greatest rappers ever to do it in the UK has built up a fanatical following over the years with incendiary live shows in this country and beyond.
Guest verse requests and props from the likes of Ocean Wisdom, High Focus and many other stars in the grime and hip hop scene in recent years have helped keep his legacy in the game at a high level.
2020 saw the release of long awaited album Iona, a tribute in honour of his mother with emotions laid bare may be his best album yet. With anthems like The Road Is Long, MBK 
and personal favourite Angels ft Maverick Sabre, it's like he's never been away. Government lockdown robbed him of the opportunity to tour the new album and maintain momentum but undaunted he returns to treat fans new and old to classic UKHH bangers start to finish touring the album that made him famous.
Wether your fave tune was Zero, Parrowdice, Black Rose or Murda, this is your chance to see what you missed or reminisce!  
         
Prolific and talented MC, DJ, promoter and more Oliver Sudden will also be travelling to the island from London on support, repping Croydon and South London! Longtime stalwart of the UKHH scene, he's seen the scene grow while also being a big part of helping it develop with consistant live shows, dj slots and promotions all over London, the UK and beyond for over 20 years. I have been proud to call him a fellow dj, live act and good friend after over a decade of playing Glastonbury together as part of the Cornish Arms crew. Having played various dj slots at island events in the past, this will be the first time we've been treated to a full Oliver Sudden live hip hop gig. He will also be spinning the tunes for Klash when he headlines. 
        One of the IOW's favourite hip hop sons Joe Publik will be coming along with friends and special guests to open up the show doing some freestyle over Noah Priddle beats, the Born Ina Barn emcee will set the tone for the evening spitting freestyles off the top of the dome! 
         One of the brightest up and coming DnB DJ's and producers in recent years Leaf has had his tunes spun and played beside by Legends Ray Keith, Fabio and Grooverider and Andy C to name a few. Finally coming back home to smash the last set after Klashnekoff with a gig in his home town as it should be, get your dancing shoes on as this guy is incendiary! 
          Last but never least we are lucky to also manage to entice London and IOW DJ and producer legend Noah Priddle to spin throughout the evening, setting the correct tone for the evening and weaving his magic on the decks. If you've heard this guy play before, we'll see you down the front, if not then make sure you arrive early to get the full impact of his mixing skills cross genre.
